After a 10-year career in accounting, where he rose to the role of manager, Miguel decided in 2012 to shift toward a more human and dynamic field: real estate. He earned his residential broker license in 2013, followed by his commercial license in 2015. Since then, he has successfully supported a loyal clientele, known for their many referrals. His professionalism, transparency, and negotiation skills make him a valuable partner in every transaction. As a father of young children, Miguel understands the priorities of families and, alongside his partner Cynthia, is proudly building a family-run business dedicated to helping others achieve their real estate dreams.

Cynthia holds degrees in administration from UQAM and management from Université Laval, along with her residential real estate broker certification. Before entering real estate, she led major projects in IT and engineering for renowned companies, managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and timelines. Known for her sharp analytical mind and active listening, Cynthia quickly understands her clients’ needs and always brings forward effective solutions. She excels at negotiating win-win deals and building strong relationships that lead to results beyond expectations. A proud mother of two young boys, Cynthia plays a key role in the success and growth of the family-run business she co-leads with Miguel.
